A INR 28 crore project in the hospitality industry is all set to turn the tourism sector in Madhya Pradesh safer for the women travellers, and especially for those who have been travelling solo.
The project will be implemented soon where 60 % share in funding is sanctioned by center while remaining will be spent by the state.
Project will include imparting self defense training to 20,000 women and enhancing women’s skills in the hospitality industry and will be implemented in about 50 popular tourist destinations of the state.
