Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of two new properties under its Keys Lite brand in Madhya Pradesh: Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Niman and Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Garoth. Both hotels, featuring 42 well-appointed rooms each, are scheduled to open in FY26 and will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
These new hotels are strategically located along the 1,350 km long Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, an 8-lane wide infrastructure project that spans through Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Maharashtra. Upon its completion, the expressway is expected to cut travel time between Delhi and Mumbai to just 12 hours, making it a vital route for both business and leisure travelers.
Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Niman, will offer amenities such as a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting room, and other public spaces to provide guests with a comfortable stay. Niman, part of the culturally rich Nimar region, is known for its heritage and contributions to Nimadi folk literature, making it an attractive destination for history enthusiasts and cultural explorers.
Similarly, Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Garoth, located near the scenic Gandhi Sagar Lake in northern Madhya Pradesh and bordering Rajasthan’s Jhalawar district, will feature the same range of amenities, including a restaurant, banquet space, and meeting rooms, enhancing the hospitality experience for visitors in the region.
Vilas Pawar, CEO – Managed & Franchise Business, Lemon Tree Hotels, expressed his excitement about the company’s growth in Madhya Pradesh: “We are delighted to expand our presence in the ‘Heart of India’. The addition of these two hotels will not only enhance our portfolio but also play a key role in supporting the region’s tourism and hospitality growth.”
With these two new properties, Lemon Tree Hotels continues to strengthen its foothold in Madhya Pradesh, where the group already operates four hotels with an additional four properties in development. This expansion is part of the company’s strategic effort to cater to a growing number of travelers, providing quality accommodation in key locations across the state.
Madhya Pradesh, known for its rich history, natural beauty, and cultural significance, is an increasingly popular destination for both domestic and international tourists. These new hotels will provide visitors with modern, well-equipped accommodations, further elevating the state’s appeal as a premier destination for tourism and business.
