Lemon Tree Hotels announced the signing of a franchise deal for its future hotel, Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, in Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh. The hotel is set to open in the fiscal year 2026. This new addition will have 50 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a swimming pool, and other public areas.
The property is advantageously positioned, with the Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Airport in Gwalior around 134 kilometers distant and the Shivpuri Railway Station just 1 kilometer away. The hotel is conveniently accessible via public and private transportation.

Earlier this month, Lemon Tree Hotels posted a profit of Rs 19.81 crore for the fiscal first quarter, a 15.55% decline from Rs 23.46 crore in Q1 FY24. However, the company’s income from operations increased by 19.52% year on year to Rs 268.02 crore in Q1 FY25.
