Atal Indore City Transport Service Limited ( AICTSL) launched one of the biggest tenders to award advertising rights on their Sutra Sewa buses, with the EMD amount of INR 10,78,000/-. The total number of buses (Midi Bus on Cluster Basis) in the tender was 154, of a total of 196 buses under AICTSL, used by close to 1.2 lakh passengers each day.
The rights were offered for a period of 3 years where the bidder needed to fulfil the basic requirement of: having a work experience of minimum 3 years as an advertising agency, minimum average turnover required was INR 3 Cr., for last three financial years, to name few.
The advertising locations included: Front side, Rear side, Driver side, Passenger side, Between the rear wheel and the rear door, in the glass area- use only “one way vision”, bus grab handles and backside passenger seat.
The last date for the submission of bids was 24th of January, 2020.
