IHG Hotels & Resorts, a global leader in the hospitality industry, has announced the signing of Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pithampur through a management agreement with Kevit Retreats Private Limited. This strategic expansion marks another step in IHG’s mission to tap into high-growth secondary markets across India.
Slated to open in the first quarter of 2028, the new property will be located in Pithampur, a vital part of the rapidly developing Indore Metropolitan Region in Madhya Pradesh. Known as a growing hub for industrial and automotive manufacturing, Pithampur’s dynamic ecosystem makes it a promising location for branded, efficient, and business-friendly hospitality services.
The 150-room hotel will form part of a large-scale mixed-use development encompassing industrial, logistics, and warehousing facilities, making it a prime destination for business travellers.
