Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), one of India’s premier hospitality brands, has announced its plans to open a new Ginger hotel in Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh. This new property is part of IHCL’s ongoing efforts to expand its portfolio and strengthen its presence in key markets across the country. The new hotel will follow Ginger’s signature “lean luxe” concept, known for its modern aesthetic, efficient service, and accessible luxury, catering to both business and leisure travelers.
A Strategic Location and Innovative Concept
The upcoming Ginger Raipur will be a 120-key hotel, located strategically on the Mumbai-Kolkata National Highway (GE Road) within a vibrant mixed-use development. The hotel will feature an array of premium amenities, including an all-day diner and bar, Qmin, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and versatile meeting spaces designed for the needs of today’s travelers.
Speaking about the project, Ms. Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate & Development, IHCL, emphasized, “This signing aligns with IHCL’s vision of being present in capital cities and key commercial centers in India. We are delighted to partner with Mr. Devendra Singh Sibbal and Mr. Kabir Sibbal for this project.”
