New Delhi: Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited has strengthened its presence in India’s infrastructure consulting sector after securing a major highway consultancy assignment in Madhya Pradesh. The company has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation Limited (MPRDC) for providing Independent Engineer consultancy services for the Ujjain–Jaora Access Controlled Greenfield Highway project.
The project, awarded under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM), carries a contract value of approximately ₹8.34 crore, excluding GST. The assignment was won through a competitive bidding process and marks another significant addition to the company’s growing portfolio of government-backed infrastructure projects.
The contract has been awarded to a consortium led by Dhruv Consultancy Services along with its project partners. As the Independent Engineer, the consortium will play a crucial role in overseeing construction activities, ensuring adherence to technical standards, monitoring project quality, and verifying milestone achievements throughout the execution phase.
According to the project framework, the consultancy assignment will span 48 months. The first two years will focus on active construction supervision, while the remaining 24 months will cover the Defect Liability Period (DLP), during which the consortium will continue monitoring project performance and compliance requirements.
Industry experts believe that such infrastructure monitoring contracts are becoming increasingly important as India accelerates investments in road connectivity and greenfield highway development. Independent engineering consultants help ensure transparency, quality control, and timely execution of large-scale public infrastructure projects.
For Dhruv Consultancy Services, the latest contract not only enhances revenue visibility but also reinforces the company’s expertise in highway and transportation consultancy services. The project is expected to contribute to the firm’s long-term growth strategy while strengthening its position in the infrastructure consulting market.
With several road development initiatives underway across the country, the company appears well-positioned to capitalize on emerging opportunities in the infrastructure and project management consulting segment.
