The municipal corporation of Satna published a tender to invite bids for erecting 9 sites for advertising purposes, in specific regions within the city. The last day to submit the bid was 7th January until 5 PM, and the opening date is 10th January. The tender is valued at INR 33,13,446 and the EMD amount is INR 2 lakh.
According to the details of the tender, the erection of the unipoles must be completed within 3 months of acquiring the bidding tender, with provision of advertising rights for a period of 3 years for the applicant. “Request for Proposal” (RFP) from the eligible bidders will take care of the design, development, implementation, operation and maintenance of unipole on those designated spaces in Satna, with the bidder having to mandatory bid for minimum Three (3) unipole packages. The bids will be valid 180 days from the due date of bid submission.
