Om Infra Limited has secured a significant infrastructure opportunity after emerging as the lowest bidder (L1) for a major water resources project in Chhattisgarh, valued at ₹568.98 crore. The development marks another milestone for the company as it continues to expand its presence in India’s large-scale water infrastructure sector.
The project focuses on the construction of the Mohmela Sirpur Barrage on the Mahanadi River in Raipur district. Alongside the barrage, the scope of work includes the development of an extensive pipe irrigation network aimed at improving water distribution across surrounding agricultural regions. Once construction is completed, Om Infra will also oversee the project’s operation and maintenance for the next five years, ensuring long-term efficiency and reliability.
Winning the contract reflects the company’s growing expertise in delivering complex civil engineering projects.
