India’s largest hospitality company, Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) is making its debut in the state of Chhattisgarh with Taj Raipur.
A brownfield project, the forthcoming 152 room luxury hotel will encompass a collection of upscale amenities including an all-day dining restaurant, specialty restaurant, bar and lobby lounge.
Taj Raipur is being developed in a strategic location, just a short drive from Raipur Airport on the Atal Path Expressway connecting the city to the new Capital, Naya Raipur. The hotel will have more than 1,300 sq ft of event space, a business centre, auditorium and IHCL’s signature Jiva spa, along with a swimming pool, gym and salon.
Commenting on the news, Mr. Puneet Chhatwal, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer-IHCL, said: “This signing is in line with IHCL’s vision to be present in every state capital of the country.
