Situated at Bina in Madhya Pradesh, OQ’s ((formerly known as Oman Oil Company) entire refinery stake has been bought by India’s Bharat Petroleum (BPCL) at 36.62%
BPCL, previously, had a 63.4% holding in BORL (Bharat Oman Refineries Limited) while OQ owned a 36.6% interest.
